1. About the service
NAF Skademelding is a digital service for completing European accident statements (EA form). The service allows two parties in a traffic accident to fill out, sign, and download a standardized accident report.
2. Price and payment
The service costs 149 NOK per accident report. Payment is processed via Stripe or Vipps. The payment covers report generation, digital signature, and email delivery to both parties.
3. User responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate. NAF Skademelding is a tool for digital completion — we do not provide legal advice and are not responsible for the content of the accident report.
4. Right of withdrawal
According to the Right of Withdrawal Act, you may cancel within 14 days. Note that the right of withdrawal lapses when the service is fully delivered (report is generated and sent).
5. Limitation of liability
NAF Skademelding is not a party in the insurance settlement between the parties. We are not liable for any losses resulting from errors or deficiencies in the accident report beyond what is required by Norwegian law.
6. Disputes
Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law with Oslo District Court as the legal venue.
